Carol Hilsum
Founding Partner

Carol is a seasoned operator with extensive experience in both commercial and technical roles within high-growth businesses. She has successfully led six acceleration programmes, fostering growth and innovation across diverse sectors. With deep expertise in investment, Carol has managed over 40 investments and overseen three successful acquisitions, showcasing her ability to scale companies effectively.
As a venture capital advisor and LP, she has guided key decisions in venture capital, shaping strategic investments. Carol is also actively engaged in mentoring and advising within numerous innovation acceleration and growth programmes, where her insights continue to drive success for emerging businesses.

Negin Yeganegy
Founding Partner

Negin is an executive with a proven track record in the digital and e-commerce industry. She served as CEO and board member of Perfect Moment, where she led the company’s global business through the pandemic, spearheaded its international expansion, enhanced market presence, and prepared it for IPO (NYSE).
Prior to this, Negin was Group Ecommerce Director at YOOX NET-A-PORTER, where she played pivotal roles in major projects, including joint ventures with Alibaba (China) and Alabbar (Middle East). She also introduced new revenue streams by launching a loyalty program and a luxury resale service.
With 8 years at Thoughtworks, a global management and strategy consultancy, Negin has extensive experience advising clients worldwide on defining and executing transformative digital strategies.
